I’ve got an illustration in the newest issue of Blanket magazine, which you can download for just £1.24.  The theme of the issue is consumerism and my original idea was to create an illustration based on Willy Wonka’s Veruca Salt.

This is the end result.  I am still learning a lot in terms of layers, photoshop, vectors and so on…so sometimes I get really frustrated when I can’t create the idea I have in my mind.  I think it does convey some of the meaning of the song which Veruca Salt sings …
